So my cousin Jenny got us all started on this crazy diet. Well, it's not really a diet, per say, but more of a "making healthy choices for your whole life" plan. It's called GAME ON! You have to do all these healthy things like get 7 hours of sleep, eat 5 small meals a day, not drink, but DO drink 3 liters of water....etc. If you do all these things, you earn points. If you earn the most points, YOU WIN!

For those of you who know me, I am one competetive girl. So I am taking this super seriously. So far, I highly reccomend this. It's fun, it's helping me talk to my family more, and I feel like the pounds are just melting away without me really trying too hard.

This was my first serious GAME ON shopping trip-eat up!
