"PB yogurt, with PB topping, & Reeses PB cups smashed up on top coupled with a nice walk with J! Love it!"

Didn't even notice until one of my sorority sisters pointed it out, that I'd sort of spelled out PB&J! HA! It was an extremely pleasant walk, great yummy yogurt, and good times with J!

Not a big fan of this pic of me, but a BIG fan of the pic of the 4 of us! We spent the entire day in Napa.

Stop 1: Robert Mondavi- 4 pours which turned out to be 1/2 glasses; great starting point

Stop 2: PEJU- Awesome rapping pourer guy; entertainment galore; beautiful grounds...as Dot said, "What it do, PEJU?"

Stop 3: Chandon- Poppin' a bottle and some lunch...great people watching!

Stop 4: Cakebread- Awesome tour, good wine

Stop 5: Louis Martini- Meh...okay.

Stop 6: Eeden: Awesome MINI winery. Beautiful vineyards, cool owner, house with an amazing view!

Stop 7: Maya Palenque- Justin's old work

NAP!!!

Stop 8: Gold Dust Lounge- Cool front table if you can get it, yummy beer, Union Square-lots of people watchin'

Stop 9: The Drake- Starlight Lounge closed, rode the elevator up before figuring it out....then went to lobby, bar already closed...

Stop 10: The White Horse- Ended up in a hotel ice/brochure room we renamed the BOOTY LOUNGE. Stayed there a weirdly long amount of time???

Stop 11: Lori's Diner- Sampler Platter-BOMB!

Friday Night Lights!

My cousin, Chris-aka Coop-had his 1st varsity football game tonight. It was so crazy packed-it was like a college game...no joke! Chris did well, but his team didn't win...we will definietely be going to more of these games though, even though the highschoolers made me feel super-old!

I had many favorite moments of this night. But, this was the best! It was so much fun hearing these boys talk about the good ol' days when they watched two-YES TWO-baseball games at two-YES TWO-different stadiums in one day. They saw Bill Pulichek (or something like that) pitch at Candlestick...then headed to the Coliseum...(or something like that). As per Justin-it can never be done again.
Anyway, I have to admit that I definitely take AT&T Park for granted...it was really fun seeing it through Rebecca's eyes-she'd never been. Such a GREAT NIGHT!

A liesurely Sunday turned into random fun! We chilled by the pool for 2.5 seconds and decided we would go out to dinner....but that we would flip a coin at each intersection to get to where we were eating. We made up the rules as we went along...everyone gets one veto...you have to choose a restaurant in a 3 block radius...and we ended up in Old sac at La Terraza. (it was under protest by Joseph-they claimed Katie cheated)

After dinner we strolled the raised plank sidewalks of Old Town, went into a couple stores, and found the secret crazy hat room!!!

Alien is my fave Disney character...yay!

Rooftops and Bubbly POP!

Jen turns 31!

Saturday we celebrated the BESt of the BEST atop a roof deck looking down on the Embarcadero and out over the Bay Bridge. We sure know how to do it in style! In true bestie fashion, Jen was stocked up on panties, (the best ones being the AWESOME ones above), we drank a lot of bubbly, and munched on un-healthy, delicious delights! When the rooftop party wound down---we took it to the streets! Waterbar, HiDive, a pedi cab ride for 100 yards, and Gordon Biersch later....the day came to end. And what a GREAT one it was!

As the years have gone on all of us Besties have been really good about celebrating our b-days together. Tomorrow we are celebrating my LLLP's 31st, and I could not be more excited! I made a cupcake run at Icing on The Cupcake in Sac. Can't wait for Jen to see them in person!!!

Saturday 8/13/11

The garage sale went well, (as far as I know-I'm not really the garage sale type). I started a little baseball game on the front lawn, then we swam, and later that night we played a serious game of Uno. Ely, my little cousin, is an Uno monster! She's only 8, but she tore it up!

After most of the fam set up Grandma's garage sale all day, I showed up just in time for dinner! Luckily it was my meal off....We munched on Devino's and hung out on the lawn for awhile! Sean eventually showed up and, as you can see, enjoyed his dinner!

Sooooo....as of today Joseph and I have been together for 10 years. Awesome!

We went out to dinner and said, "Screw the Game-On diet!"

It was fun just hanging out with each other as always...This pic is titled "10 Years Later." I actually don't think we have changed that much looks-wise in the 10 years!

The receipt is random...but, we always play this game of guessing how much our groceries will be or our dinners...and I was DEAD-ON! We were dying laughing!

We headed out to the park again. Tickets a la my dad! He rocks!

There was super weirdness in the seats next to us which included arguing over the way someone was sitting, seeing a good friend, and then seeing his friend fall on the lady in front of him.

Soooo random!

Needless to say, we had a blast...but it was seriously the MOST depressing game of the season. It felt like a 2007 game.

K&K had us over again this Sunday! It was soooo much fun! We played volleyball in the pool, watched AFV, curled our hair with a garage sale curling iron, played a little Loaded Questions, and ate some deeeeelicious Bar-be-CUE! About 2 seconds after we initially got there, the ice cream man drove by! Of course, we had to go out and grab some popsicles-my summer's now complete since we got ice cream from the ice cream men (there were two)!

We celebrated Lisa's B-day early, because she left on a cruise for her real b-day! It was fun meeting her family and friends. We had good conversation, yummy food, and lots of birthday fun! I am really glad I made it home to share in the celebration!

Headed to K-10's house after Bikram Bootcamp, (95 degrees this time). We enjoyed our water out on her lovely porch! (we're both doing Game On) In between running in the house to check out the Giants losing BAD, and the huge scrum midfield, (can't stand Victorino), The ambiance of the porch-with all the candles, plants, tables, and lights-was perfect for this late summer evening!

Another Sunday BBQ at K&K's pool! LOVE THEM! The day was filled with tri-tip, corn, fruit salad, beer, hot tubbin', Loaded Questions, and progressed into roof jumping! Katie pulled off a LEGIT flip-no worries, no one got hurt!

BATT continued at the beach after a raucus brunch! Camp Rich was loaded with people, but we had a prime spot right by the water...as you can see everyone went for a swim, the boys played all day, most of us indulged in RUM Runners, and then we all continued with a BBQ of mini burgers and hot links at the Sonoma house, followed by a casino outing and Arty the One Man Party!

The pic of the Hagglunds & Brie/Crystal are my favorites of the weekend-they're gorgeous and the backgrounds look like a screen saver! Kids were adorable as always, Rum Runners were deelish, and I can't get enough of the pic of all the Besties in our BATT shirts!

These Pics go in reverse chronological order, as you can probably tell! The night started off great with a fiesta of fajitas and Mexican beers. It was beautiful outside, so we moved the party to the front porch, flipped the TV around in the window, and watched the Giants game! Later, after OUR team won some flip cup, Kevin decided it was time to continue the tradition of making it rain in Tahoe!!! Such a blast! During the course of the night we discovered we were harboring a mouse-EW!- and proceeded to try to catch it several times before Kevin, J, and Julie succeeded. Jules wanted it as a pet, but we convinced her that that was not the best plan. So she kept it for about 20 minutes, then released it into the Tahoe wild. What a start to a great weekend!
